Exhibition "Plants"

The exhibition "Plants" given by the association "Art Territory and Materials" shows from January 20 to February 20 2009 a selection of works by the Fund Artothèque General Council of Gironde devoted to the representation of the plant world.
The diversity of techniques and media characterizes the uniqueness and originality of artists around a common theme, and invites the viewer to a wandering poetic, sensory, even playful.

This presentation is a long term partnership with the General Council of the Gironde and the School Inspectorate of the Department.
An educational project "Arts and Science will bring together some twenty classes of riding Libourne 1 which will be accompanied by a visual artist, Patrick Polidano. This project will lead to a presentation of the work done by students in the spring of 2009.

During this exhibition, "Art Territory and Materials" will offer the public a meeting around the artistic Patrick Polidano, and if possible the discovery of his monumental work at the Hotel de Region in Bordeaux, "Swim in my pool conducted in 2006 as part of the renovation of the dining room.
